We strive to deliver products purchased from SeeandWear in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. SeeandWear provides free shipping on all orders.
SeeandWear delivers to all pin codes of India including remote and rural areas for prepaid orders.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount, if paid online.
For faster delivery, you need contact us on 8860767209 to confirm your pin code before placing the order. We are offering such service on few serviceable pin codes depending on our courier partners.
All orders placed on SeeandWear are dispatched through courier partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, Udaan Express, Indiapost and Shadowfax.
Yes you can choose cash on delivery as a payment option, which is available on approx 9000 pin codes. There is extra charges of Rs 67 for cash on delivery service whereas there is no extra charges for prepaid orders. We always request from our customers to go for prepaid payment option, it saves money and logistic partners becomes bound to deliver prepaid orders.
SeeandWear's 30 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on SeeandWear for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. There two ways to return the product to us:

Reverse pickup: Reverse pickup is available only on fresh shoes category and approx 6000 pin codes are covered by logistics partner for reverse pickup. Reverse pickup is available only one time for each order.
Self-Ship: The customer needs to ship the shoe or any other product back to our warehouse through Indiapost parcel or registry service and once the product will be received by us we initiate the refund or exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

Self Shipment courier charges will be reimburse (upto Rs 100) only for exchange of fresh category of product however, in case of minor defect shoes these courier charges will not be reimburse.
In case of refund of product self shipment charges will not be reimbursed and if we arranged reverse pickup than there will be a deduction of Rs 100 from original amount.
In case of minor defect shoes, only exchange is possible and the customer cannot opt for returning the item and avail refund.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
You can return products purchased from SeeandWear within 30 days of receiving the product. Customer needs to whatsapp at 9599013410 or e-mail to us at welcome@seeandwear.com stating the reason of return with order ID. You need to pack the shoes in original box with any outer polybag.
Note: Return is not applicable on minor defect product, they can only be exchanged.
After the refund has been initiated by Seeandwear as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

For Cash on delivery orders - NEFT will be initiated in your bank account.
For Prepaid orders - Amount will be immediately refunded in original payment method. Please note, Seeandwear initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Seeandwear warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Seeandwear may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
For order cancellation the customer needs to whatsapp us at 9599013410 or e-mail us on welcome@seeandwear.com and mention the order ID.
If order is already shipped from our warehouse than refund will be initiated once product will automatically come back to our warehouse.
If order is not shipped than refund will be issued immediately.
SeeandWear can cancel your order automatically in case the product you ordered is out of stock or due to other reasons. Our team will inform you through e-mail or call & your refund will be processed within 6 hours.
SeeandWear gives 3 to 6 months warranty on the shoes. In case of any issue with the shoes, the customer needs to send us the product images with the issue mentioned on "welcome@seeandwear.com". We will forward your request to the production team and then ask the customer to send the shoes back to our warehouse.

If the product is eligible for repair then we will repair the same and ship it back to the customer or if the damage is not repairable then we replace the shoe with the new one.
Yes, there will be deduction of Rs 100 if reverse pickup is done from our end. There will be no deduction if exchange is done.
